In March 2017, having witnessed a plumber trying to fraud an elderly and disabled person out of thousands of pounds, East Lancashire plumber and business owner James Anderson decided to do something about it, James created DEPHER CIC. Disabled and Elderly Plumbing and Heating Emergency Response as a registered Community Interest Company. We provide emergency plumbing and heating services to over 65's, the disabled and vulnerable within our community.
